Thus, the cause and solution of problems are revealed, and quality care services are made available. The company’s service system is organized into five distinct and intrinsically linked categories of program: EXPERT CONSULTATION, NEEDS ASSESSMENT, QUALITY CARE, MONITORING and EVALUATION.
EXPERT CONSULTATION
It is the decisive phase of our service system. After registration and primary screening, clients are encouraged to utilize the consultation service, which is provided by an interdisciplinary EXPERT PANEL working as consultants. Based on findings of need assessment, the consultation provides advice on the appropriate types of care services for the clients and how these should be delivered. Besides, the consultation includes efforts to verify whether care programs are being carried out as recommended, in the correct manner, and to assess the outcome & impact of care.
MONITORING
Monitoring is an essential part of Aging Care Ltd's service system. Continuous testing takes place to ensure that care activities are delivered appropriately and in the right way. The strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges of the care activists' efforts are identified. The monitoring in the company aims to provide adequate support to care workers to take the right initiatives at the right time, so that they can improve the quality of their work.
NEEDS ASSESSMENT
The needs assessment in our service system deals with specific key questions. What problems do clients suffer from? What are the reasons behind these problems? What would be the ways of solutions and remedies? In order to do that, the assessment looks at the issues faced by older individuals, ranging from cellular to ecosystem levels. Problems associated with phenomena in the categories, e.g., body, mind, society, culture, and environment, are identified through clinical, pathological, psychological, neurological, anthropological, sociological, aesthetic, and/or environmental scientific investigations by the experienced & skilled investigators under the guidance of a panel of EXPERT CONSULTANTS.
EVALUATION
The evaluation process measures the quantitative and qualitative outcomes of the work performed by care workers over a specified period. It is an indispensable part of the company's service system and an effective assessment method. This is done to determine whether the goals of care services, especially for older people, have been achieved and what their immediate and long-term impact is.
QUALITY CARE
Ageing Care Ltd. elevates the standard of care for older people regarding quality. At the core of caregiving lies humanity, which encompasses compassion, affection, responsibility, honor, love, respect, and soulfulness, much like the care provided by the close ones of the biological family. Our quality care service has proven to be an effective means of promoting inclusion, protection, health, dignity, comfort, peace, and happiness, as well as the physical, mental, and social well-being of older adults. Various forms of care services are available in two settings based on client residence: QUALITY HOME CARE SERVICES (QHCS) and QUALITY CARE HOME SERVICES (QCHS).
QUALITY HOME CARE SERVICES (QHCS)
Aging Care Ltd. offers a number of care services ranging from 1 to 24 hours daily, ensuring clients' dignity, respect, independence, well-being, and comfort through high-quality home care services. The care services are designed to address all the inevitable issues closest to the life of an older person, from normal living to serious medical conditions. Under the guidance of an expert consultant group and the direct supervision & monitoring of higher authority, the trained, skilled, and committed professional caregivers provide these services to older adults. Respected clients can purchase any of the services on a yearly, monthly or weekly, even daily or hourly basis.
